I'm not quite ready to go to my new home.

Bark Twain is a black-and-tan Shiba Inu currently in the Recovery Room after having a small benign skin mass removed. His incision is healing well, and he’ll be ready for adoption once his sutures are out and his veterinarian gives the all-clear. Bark prefers an adult home without cats and likes his canine friends on the larger side. Clever, tidy, independent, and expressive, he’s already trained but occasionally treats requests as matters open to negotiation. His future family should appreciate Shiba personality, use a secure leash, and bring a sense of humour to everyday life. For now, Bark is resting and gathering material for his next chapter, which will ideally feature thoughtful people and a very comfortable ending.
