Happy Tails update: Biscotti Barksley, a 7-year-old Chihuahua and a pocket-sized philosopher, has found a forever home! After a chapter in rescue, he now has a family of his own and plenty of favorite spots to settle into. This is a Happy Tails success story, not an active adoption listing.
