I'm ready for my new family!

Waffles Dizzywhirl is a wirehaired Dachshund with eyebrows that suggest he’s just overheard something scandalous. He is deaf or hearing impaired and communicates with plenty of expression, playfulness, and personality. Waffles likes kids over six and bigger dogs, but needs a home without cats. He enjoys moderate activity, close companionship, and investigating places that weren’t necessarily designed for a long dog with short legs. His family will need to use visual cues and consistent routines, while appreciating the independent streak that often comes with Dachshunds. Waffles is ready to contribute enthusiasm, charm, and possibly an unsolicited rearrangement of the throw pillows. He may not hear his name being called, but the opening of a snack cabinet rarely escapes his attention.
